The first time I laid my eyes on this skirt by Naomi Walsky, designer and founder of Rue Vautier I knew that I would love to style it in a fun and flirty way. This skirt, befittingly called the Moscow skirt, can only bring glances and wonderment. I not only enjoyed styling it but wearing it as well. Prancing and dancing around while it’s soft feathers embraced my legs. The Moscow skirt is part of Rue Vautier’s formal occasions collection. I never thought it was only for weddings! As for many pieces in her collection I saw so many possibilities to style them for so many occasions. Here I chose to give a sporty casual edge with a color-blocked bomber jacket in one of the star colors of Spring 2019, yellow. I then added a smart structured clutch which the handle may be removed to become the signature bracelet of its designer Veronica Gautschi. Lightweight transparent plexi sandals complimented the light and airy look of the feathers. Too much fun!
