Hello my friends!

Continuing my quest for a more sustainable approach to my wardrobe, I have been attracted to the brand name APPAREAL. Their collection is not only fashion forward and luxurious but easy to care for and made with high-tech, sustainably sourced fabrics that are breathable and comfortable. Most items are machine washable, no-iron, no dry-cleaning and crafted in solar-panelled factories. The plus is that the couture designs are so stylish and futuristic that it fits my style.

This shoot is a collaboration between Soleya, pictured above with me and Appareal founder Olesya.  I met Soleya at an evening featuring the line of dresses and coats from Appareal. She expressed her enthusiasm as she discovered Appareal aesthetics. She asked me if I knew the designer and I said yes! I was happy to introduce her. Unlike I, a fashion consultant and blogger, Soleya is a professional model. She instantly envisioned a shoot with the futuristic designed dresses and this is how our collab was born!

We decided to style the dress in two different ways. Seeing that the brand aims to make their clothing effortless for the modern active woman always on the go, we paired it with sneakers and a transparent trench-coat for contrast. A comfortable no-fuss solution for day. This woman will go from a busy work day to an evening of fun and cocktails with friends. Therefore we paired it with neon stilettos and a colourful clutch for a whimsical but sophisticated look.
